Accounts Officer

Bandar Baru Bangi / Kajang / Serdang

Job Responsibilities:
  • To handle general accounting functions, key in all invoices into the accounting system;
  • To prepare payment receipts vouchers & cheques;
  • To match invoices received with PO, DO and Quotation;
  • To update bank balance and reconciliation;
  • To update fixed assets schedule;
  • To ensure that all payments and receipts vouchers are properly filed, including all relevant supporting documents;
  • To assist in preparation of monthly and yearly closing;
  • To assist in preparation for GST filing monthly / quarterly;
  • Perform any other assignments given by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent;
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA / CIMA/ CPA much welcome;
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience;
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia accounting standards, regulatory & legal requirements;
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
