Warehouse Executive

Bandar Baru Bangi / Kajang / Serdang

Job Responsibilities:
  • To plan, organise, manage and evaluate inventory management activities;
  • To monitor inventory/stocks level and movement to anticipate future needs;
  • To ensure stock accuracy and keep stock control system up-to-date;
  • To plan and monitor the printing schedule;
  • To manage sales coordinationand customer service;
  • To handle consignment records and manage consignment inventory records;
  • To organise the recruitment and training of staff, monitoring staff performance and progress;
  • To motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree, any field;
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field;
  • Good working attitude with high motivation, responsible, possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality;
  • Having goal-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven;
  • Good command in Mandarin, English and Malay in both written and oral;
  • Fresh graduates / entry level are also encouraged to apply;
  • Preferably male applicants due to work conditions;
  • Must be able to work in Bandar Baru Bangi;
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
