Administration Clerk & Receptionist

Job Descriptions:
  • To receive all incoming calls / fax and to entertain walk in visitors;
  • To open record and distribute inward mails;
  • To file the overseas / local letter;
  • To arrange and record all the courier service;
  • To check courier invoice and telephone bill every month;
  • To record all the inward mails that send by courier and sent it to the person in charge;
  • To undertake any typing / Photostating job as may required;
  • To carry out all clerical duties as may be directed from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum a SPM / Diploma in any field;
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English;
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage;
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi;
  • Full-time position available.
