Sales Coordinator (Chinese Speaking)

Job Descriptions:
  • Supporting all sales related activities including quotations, tax invoices and follow-up enquiries;
  • Attend incoming-call enquiries and process customer’s order;
  • Administrative sales support;
  • To liaise with sales representatives and warehouse to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • To carry out other relevant tasks / duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Public Relation or equivalent;
  • At least 2 Year(s) od working experience in the related field or in Sales Administrative;
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent;
